Our Season - May through October
Saturday Wedding Rates (up to 200 guests)
$3,500 - The wedding package includes full use of the Barn, Manor, and Grounds from Friday noon until 9 pm for set-up/rehearsal, all day Saturday for getting ready, ceremony and reception (music off by 10pm), and Sunday morning up to 11 am to finish clean-up if needed. This gives ample time for setup, day of the event, and cleanup to reduce the stress of the day.
Sunday pm through Thursday Hourly Rates
minimum 5 hour rental
$150 - per hour for smaller barn events
$75 per hour for Manor only events. (35 or less)

Deposits
Your event will be guaranteed with the non-refundable $500 down payment. for large events and 25% of the total for small events.
A separate damage deposit and the remaining balance are due one week prior to occupancy.
Rental of The RED House, Barn, and Grounds can be adjusted and reserved to fit your needs.
Amenities
The rental package includes the full use of the property, tables, chairs. Couples enjoy the opportunity to choose their own vendors and we will be happy to recommend local businesses that specialize in all the amenities you'll need (flowers, bakeries, catering, lodging, etc.).
